Job Position: Project Consultant 

Job Location: Liaison Country Head Office: Remote/On-site (Preferably foreign)

Zones: Asia: Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze potential investment opportunities, focusing on market trends, financial performance, and risk factors.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos, financial models, and presentations to inform investment decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute complex projects and manage investment disbursement.
  • Oversee project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to address challenges.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to project teams, based on industry best practices and data-driven analysis.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, such as industry experts, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
  • Work with government agencies to finalize deals related to finance, trade, and industrial development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance, with experience in disbursement and recovery.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Proven project management abilities, including the successful oversight of complex initiatives from start to finish.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Specialization in entrepreneur development.
