The Compensation and Management Development Committee of DGI’s Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing compensation policies, executive compensation, management development programs, and succession planning within the organization. The committee ensures that compensation practices align with DGI’s strategic objectives and promote the attraction, retention, and motivation of key talent.
